The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway, while each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, offering a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs.
