The 36"W x 12"D x 48"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with single rivet horizontal beams on the middle shelf and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, which can be moved at 1" increments, is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service environments, which wipes clean easily. The shelving supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
