The 36"W x 12"D x 72"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to coordinating starter units using a T-post configuration for creating continuous shelving. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and offers four-sided access for flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks the perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, which supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service environments. Shelves adjust in 1" increments, and the pre-sized panels facilitate seamless installation, making this unit ideal for any industry where cleanliness is essential.
