The 48"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems and connects easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, single rivet horizontal beams on the middle shelf, and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, are adjustable at 1" increments, and the pre-sized panels allow for seamless installation.
