The 36"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and includes five adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit features a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks the perimeter beams into the corner posts, preventing back and side sway, and the shelves adjust in 1" increments to support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The pre-sized panels allow for seamless installation, and the boltless design enables quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items and the unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage.
