The 36"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is made from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes six adjustable shelves with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, allowing shelves to be adjusted in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. This open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space. The shelving includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and is ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
