The 48"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without nuts, bolts, or clips and provides four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, adjustable in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each of the three adjustable shelves is fitted with DuraDeck decking, offering a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
