The 60"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design that enables quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, which adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
