The 48"W x 12"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features three adjustable shelves with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The boltless design allows for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the four-sided access design provides maximum flexibility for storage. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams adjustable in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each shelf supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed. The unit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space. The product is designed for environments where cleanliness is essential.
