The 36"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish. This 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, and double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to prevent back and side sway. Shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and are fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Each level supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed. The kit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
