The 60"W x 18"D x 36"H SC Preferred standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 2-shelf unit features a boltless design for easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips and provides four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level, which adjust in 1" increments. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for stability and reduces sway. Each adjustable shelf has DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that cleans easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The pre-sized panels allow seamless installation, and the unit supports up to 480 lbs. per level when evenly distributed.
