Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams adjustable in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that minimizes sway. Each shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving supports up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, provides four-sided access to stored items, and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
