The 36"W x 18"D x 48"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. This 3-shelf unit provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility and includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming stable joints that help eliminate back and side sway. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and each is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when the load is evenly distributed and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space. Pre-sized panels allow for seamless installation.
