The 48"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. This 3-shelf unit has 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, allowing shelves to be adjusted in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck non-porous decking, which wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when the load is evenly distributed, offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage. Dimensions of the unit are 48 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 96 inches high.
