The 72"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a 3-shelf boltless design that allows quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, providing four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double rivet beams on every level add support and stability while adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and features pre-sized panels that facilitate seamless installation.
