The 72"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design that allows quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, and beams that adjust in 1" increments. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, which wipes clean easily. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. It includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and connects to coordinating starter units for additional storage space.
