The 60"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design that allows for easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes three adjustable shelves with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, suitable for environments where cleanliness is essential such as healthcare and food service. The heavy-duty frame is built with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with shelves that adjust in 1" increments to suit various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating stable joints that reduce back and side sway. This starter unit supports up to 480 lbs. per level when weight is evenly distributed and offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. It can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space, and the pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation.
