The 60"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving layout. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access to stored items. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability; these beams adjust in 1" increments to accommodate varying storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, minimizing back and side sway. Each of the four adjustable shelves is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service industries. This shelving unit supports up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation. It connects to coordinating starter units for additional storage space and is ideal for environments where cleanliness is essential.
