The 60"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with ease. It connects to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and a boltless design that assembles without nuts, bolts, or clips. The horizontal beams adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit supports up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Pre-sized panels facilitate seamless installation, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
