The 60"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for enhanced support and stability, adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate diverse storage needs. The boltless design enables quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck non-porous decking, providing a smooth surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to items, supporting up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and the unit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
