Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles without nuts, bolts, or clips, and offers four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, adjusting in 1" increments to meet various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation, the shelves support up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and the open design maximizes flexibility for accessing stored items.
