The 36"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems, connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits with a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving arrangement. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level that adjust in 1" increments, supporting up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form stable joints that minimize back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service industries. The kit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and is ideal for environments where cleanliness is essential.
