The 36"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit includes seven adjustable shelves supported by double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability. The heavy-duty frame features 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that securely lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Its boltless design allows assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the adjustable shelves can be moved in 1" increments. Each shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, which is a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential, such as healthcare and food service. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed.
