The 36"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems and connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips and provides four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams adjusting in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each of the six adjustable shelves is equipped with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for applications requiring cleanliness such as healthcare and food service. The shelving supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and pre-sized panels facilitate seamless installation for a flexible and practical storage solution.
