The 72"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes five adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving unit has a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, and double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a stable joint and eliminate back and side sway. Shelves adjust in 1" increments and support up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation. The unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
