The 36"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features five adjustable shelves with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily. The unit includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The boltless design allows for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint to help eliminate back and side sway. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level evenly distributed, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
