The 48"W x 12"D x 60"H SC Preferred® Standard-Duty Boltless Shelving add-on unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. This 5-shelf unit connects to coordinating Standard-Duty Boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to expand storage space and create a continuous shelving system. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, while the pre-sized panels allow for seamless installation. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, that wipes clean easily. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and each level supports up to 800 lbs. when weight is evenly distributed.
