The 96"W x 18"D x 48"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes three adjustable shelves supported by double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that minimizes back and side sway. Each shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking, which wipes clean easily and is suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items, supporting up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The unit can be expanded with add-on units for additional storage space and features pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
