The 36"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with ease. It connects to coordinating starter units using a T-post configuration to form a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, the unit features six adjustable shelves supported by a heavy-duty frame made of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, adjusting in 1" increments to suit various storage needs. The boltless design allows for assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service industries. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed.
