The 48"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is a durable, roll-formed steel storage solution with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, designed to expand an existing standard-duty boltless starter shelving system using a T-post configuration. This 6-shelf unit features 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, connecting securely with double rivet button stud construction that locks beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The boltless design allows shelves to be adjusted in 1" increments, with each shelf supporting up to 800 lbs. evenly distributed, and includes DuraDeck decking—a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and pre-sized panels enable seamless installation. This unit assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips and connects to coordinating starter units for additional storage space.
