The 48"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand an existing storage system by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving setup. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 6-shelf unit features double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, a heavy-duty frame made of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The boltless design allows for quick, easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, while the double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams securely into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications that wipes clean easily. The open design offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed.
