The 72"W x 24"D x 72"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level, which adjust in 1" increments to meet various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each of the five adjustable shelves is fitted with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications due to its easy-to-clean nature. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility.
