The 96"W x 18"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, providing four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, and beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it ideal for healthcare and food service applications. This unit supports up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and connects to a coordinating starter unit for additional storage space.
