The 36"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, the unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and offers four-sided access for flexibility. It includes seven adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that cleans easily, suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The heavy-duty frame comprises 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, creating stable joints that reduce sway. Shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and can be adjusted at 1" increments. The pre-sized panels enable seamless installation in any industry where cleanliness and accessibility are essential.
