Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 7-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, are adjustable at 1" increments, and include pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making this unit ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
