The 48"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving setup. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this six-shelf unit features a boltless design that allows quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and allows shelf adjustments at 1" increments.
