The 48"W x 12"D x 60"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 6-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to form a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, positioned at 1" increments, is fitted with DuraDeck decking, which provides a smooth, non-porous, easy-to-clean surface suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving supports up to 300 lbs per level evenly distributed and features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
