It connects easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this six-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, single rivet horizontal beams on the middle shelf, and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, forming stable joints to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, fitted with DuraDeck decking, offers a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, are adjustable at 1" increments, and include pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making the unit ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
