The 36"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is made from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a 6-shelf boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming stable joints that minimize back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf has Duradeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, adjust in 1" increments, and allow four-sided access to stored items. The unit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage.
