The 36"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems and connects easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 7-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts to form stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The pre-sized panels allow seamless installation, and the open design permits four-sided access to stored items.
