The 5-hole square pressure manifold feed plate is designed for adding a pressurized substance to a T-slot profile, featuring a tapped hole for mounting on the profile end to seal the connection where the pressurized substance is released. The kit includes the suggested mounting hardware and a gasket. The feed plate has a maximum allowable pressure of 150 psi (1034.21 kPa).
