The 5-hole square pressure manifold feed plate is designed for adding a pressurized substance to a T-slot profile. It features a tapped hole and mounts on the profile end to seal the connection where the pressurized substance is released. The kit includes the feed plate, suggested mounting hardware, and gasket. The maximum allowable pressure for this feed plate is 150 PSI (1034.21 kPa).
