The standard lift-off hinge right hand with single long pin is constructed from 6063-T6 anodized aluminum and features a heavy-duty stainless steel hinge pin that ensures a smooth, long-lasting, and strong connection. It includes a captivated nylon thrust washer to eliminate metal-to-metal contact and prevent falling out. When positioned in the upper location, the long pin simplifies door assembly, and such hinges are commonly used to create lift-off hinge assemblies. The kit includes the hinge and mounting hardware. The gap distance between the two mating profiles is 0.063" (1.60mm).
