The single long UniBearing™ features an open design that enables customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with one guiderail. It is designed for quick installation or removal without disassembly, reducing retooling and downtime while increasing productivity and flexibility. The pads are mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws that secure them to the housing, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can either move or be fixed; when fixed, it allows the guardrail and assembly to move. All UniBearings™ come with pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes for accessory attachment to a flat surface.
