The double short Unibearing™ features an open design that supports customized layouts and is commonly used in applications with two guiderails. It allows for quick installation or removal without disassembly, which reduces retooling and downtime while enhancing productivity and flexibility. The pads are secured to the housing using stainless steel flathead socket cap screws, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can either move or be fixed; when fixed, it permits movement of the guardrail and assembly. Each Unibearing™ includes pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes for accessory attachment to flat surfaces.
