The double long Unibearing™ features an open design that supports customized layouts and is typically employed in applications involving two guiderails. This bearing is designed for quick installation or removal without disassembly, reducing retooling and downtime while enhancing productivity and flexibility. It includes pads mounted with stainless steel flathead socket cap screws that secure the pads to the housing, eliminating the need for high-cycle pads. The bearing can be configured to move or be fixed; when fixed, it permits the guardrail and assembly to move. All Unibearings™ are equipped with pre-drilled brake holes and tapped mounting holes, facilitating the attachment of accessories to a flat surface.
