The 5-hole square pressure manifold feed plate is designed for use when adding a pressurized substance to a T-slot profile, featuring a tapped hole and mounting on the profile end to seal the connection where the pressurized substance is released. The kit includes the feed plate, suggested mounting hardware, and a gasket. It has a maximum allowable pressure of 150 PSI (1034.21 kPa).
