The narrow horizontal stanchion base is commonly used with the aluminum tube profile to create an additional axis, with the tube extending parallel from both sides of the mounted base. The base is made of aluminum, providing strength and durability. Clamp screws are included for secure attachment. The suggested hardware for mounting the base to a T-slot is referenced separately.
