The 5-hole rectangular pressure manifold feed plate is designed for adding a pressurized substance to a T-slot profile and features a tapped hole for mounting on the profile end to seal the connection where the pressurized substance is released. The kit includes the feed plate, suggested mounting hardware, and gasket. It has a maximum allowable pressure of 150 PSI (1034.21 kPa).
