The 4 hole concealed hinge allows you to design doors with hidden hinges when the door is closed. The hinge mounts to the inside of the frame, making enclosures more secure as they cannot be dismantled when the door is shut. The kit includes the concealed hinge and mounting screws, suitable for use on doors with a thickness ranging from 1.5 inches to 2 inches. The hinge is constructed from stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and durability. It measures 4 inches in height and 2.5 inches in width, with a mounting plate thickness of 0.1 inch. This hinge complies with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards and is UL listed. It features a load capacity of up to 100 pounds per hinge and supports door swing angles up to 110 degrees. The hinge is designed for interior and exterior use and meets ADA compliance requirements. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
